Alan Silverstein, who has been a long time supporter of the Hamilton Law Association, and, indeed, lawyers and consumers throughout the province, has provided a Transitional Chart of Rules to determine what rate applies to new homes and condominiums. - After Closing Real Estate Brochure published November 2005, please click here.
- Standard Sale Closing Documents - REVISED
To simplify closing procedures, the Committee developed the following Standard Closing Documents. Please note that these documents are for our members to use for routine residential transactions "at their own risk" as they are not endorsed by the Hamilton Law Association.
