2013 Civil Sittings & Long Civil Trials

Civil Sittings: (3 weeks)

January 21, 2013 – speak to Monday January 14, 2013 @ 10 a.m.
May 13, 2013 – speak to Monday May 6, 2013 @ 10 a.m.
September 3, 2013 – speak to Monday August 26, 2013 @ 10 a.m.
November 12, 2013 – speak to Monday November 4, 2013 @ 10 a.m.

Note: The speak to dates are Mondays now as opposed to Wednesdays.
Please use the amended Consent to Placement on Trial List Form 2 attached.
Long civil trials over 15 days: (6 weeks, but will continue until finished)
March 18, 2013 and October 7, 2013

There is no “speak to” date for long trials. All matters start on first day.
No motions on May 2, 2013, June 6, 2013 and October 31, 2013 due to Judges’ seminars.
